7/27/24 pool

i didn't do much today. we decided to go in the pool today because we hadn't gone the whole time we've been here in texas and me and my brother cleaned the pool ourselves for people to swim in so we didn't wanna waste the 1 hr we spent cleaning the pool in texan heat

i hesitated getting my hair wet at first but eventually gave in, and so did my mom. my sister didn't though. i stayed in there for around an hour

later in the day, we took the dogs on a long walk on the trail again and did a loop around the neighborhood. we took a different route this time that took us straight to the sidewalk instead of turning back halfway through the trail.

after that, we went to the supermarket to pick up stuff and went to starbucks to get some coffee. i got this chocolate frappucino thing it was really good

got on minecraft at around 12 to play on mao's server for 3 hours. just logged off and i'm going to bed

the time i've been going to sleep has slowly been going further and further into the night. i should probably fix it cause i think i gotta wake up at like 6 am for the airport when we leave back to new york on 7/31

it's crazy to think i've spent almost two weeks here. feels shorter. i haven't felt any homesickness yet too. anyways, goodnight
