this is from yesterday's lab ^^
its getting cold as fuck outside man. it was 45 degrees out and it's cold to the point where i can't feel my hands when i get to the train station and i can see my breath in the air. i was planning to wear a t shirt today but didn't when i saw the temperature. gotta survive the two avenue walk to the warmth of the train station
we played blooket in italian. i got there pretty early and was sooo tired bruhhhh but i locked in the moment we started playing blooket. i got first place for the last two games and got 10(?) points of extra credit. i forgot how much mr talarico gave me. me and abner were stressing about the socratic seminar we were taking next period and how we all had to participate at least 3 times
went to english and the desks were all set up in a circle. ms vega told us that we were supposed to have a hard copy of our discussion questions and if we didn't we had to go to 314 to print it. 75% of the class including myself went to 314 where there was literally no printer. we checked 307 which was closed pd2 on fridays and like 5 people went to the library. we got points off for not having our discussion questions printed ??. i participated 4 times and after the 3rd time ms vega was like "nah ur good u already answered 3 questions" and i wanted to add on to smth abner said because for full credit we needed to "build on other classmates ideas"
band went very normal again. we've got enter sandman mostly down and 25 is pretty much done. i played drums for like 5 minutes very quietly cuz mr lembo was right in front of me. i want to get better at going from a regular drum beat to crashes and then back to a drum beat, and i also kinda wanna learn some fills. while we were on our way out i was pushing my amp back to the page and saw edwin coming so i tried to speed up really fast to scare him and ended up making the whole amp tip over and i fucked up my knee and my shin really bad, and i had to go to the nurse to get band aids
in orchestra i tried to sell my chocolates as quick as possible before polina and her friends arrived so i could get the first round of selling. they noticed and tried to sell to like 5 people but i already got most of the people, selling like 3. mr rapoli and mr mikulka were looking all the old amps in the back server/power room and wanted to check if they worked, so they asked me to grab my electric guitar and plug it in and test all of them. 4 out of the 5 of them worked and while i was testing out one of the amps one of the HUGE flag poles hit me in the head. mr mikulka claims it didn't but it 100000% did. maybe i'm tripping idk. it didn't hurt that bad though
health went as usual. in ensemble we did our natural notes of the A string quiz very easy, might add the video to this entry if i can remember
headed to lunch, ahmad wasn't here. after a few mintues of waiting for people to sit down i got to selling after dan told me that he saw another girl selling her own chocolates. i went around the entire first floor and second floor and sold 8 chocolates total. i had 1 more left by the time i got back and went around one more time and when i got to the second floor someone immediately came up to me asking for it. a lot of people asked me to buy but changed their minds after finding out i only had almond left. the last guy told me "im mad hungry and the lunch is shit" and i started a convo with him. remember that cute freshman boy i talked about? maybe i talked about him in this journal idk. but every time he asks me for what club im selling for and i tell him the music program every time. when me and dan were walking to evelyn's class this girl from my middle school came up to me asking for chocolate and she was next to a girl who i dated in elementary school. pretty awkward but we both remember eachother very clearly. also there was a fight outside of the cafeteria and they closed the doors but i couldn't see it
we had a chem test today. i finished in 20 minutes and everyone was looking at me crazy. me and the asian girl i told you guys about that i had lab with are getting closer now. we talked a bit today about the test and shit. also i didn't write yesterdays entry but we had a fun lab where we set a bunch of shit on fire. best lab i ever had and she was there too and we talked a lot. i asked for her instgram so i could @ her on a post i was making about the lab but i accidentally closed it ????. we made so much eye contact today it was insane
we did barely anything in geometry and same with global
i walked out of school and realized i didnt have my violin with me so i ran back to the other side of the building to back inside and managed to get back in. i picked up the violin and walked out. i called joey and told her i'm gonna be late and she said she didnt wanna wait for me bruuuh. i saw the train coming as i was walkign down the block and SPRINTED to the platform but didn't make it. i took the D and the R home and thankfully the R came instantly
i texted angelica about the fight and she sent me two other videos of fights that happened today. crazy shit
i haven't done any of my italian project. maybe i'll start my slides tomorrow, idk
sorry for missing yesterday's entry. i was tired af after doing my homework and only wrote 5 shitty paragraphs. tried to make this one a bit longer to compensate. i'll include some cool videos from yesterday in the images for this entry
